A laptop for your presentation will be available. Please bring the slides of your talk in a PPT(X) oder PDF format on an USB stick to the conference. Furthermore, please copy your slides during the breaks (before your session starts) to the presentation laptop.
Since the conference schedule is very dense, we request that speakers strictly adhere to the above mentioned time limits.
Posters
The poster boards will be able to fit posters up to a maximum size of 85 cm x 120 cm; portrait (Format A0).
If you are interested in your poster to be featured in a booklet, please use the template (Powerpoint) and submit the slide (1-page) as PDF not later than 25 June via submittable. All the information (including the poster title, picture of the presenter, author names, affiliations, etc.) should be on this one page. Please note that files other than PDF, containing more than one page or not complying with the format requirements, will not be accepted.
If you have multiple posters, please submit a separate page for each poster – do not combine them.
Posters constitute a very important aspect of the conference. IVNC 2017 will have two distinct poster sessions.
The poster sessions will be held Tuesday 11 July and Wednesday 12 July from 5 pm until 7 pm. Please see the schedule displayed during the conference, to see which session your poster will be in.
The display of the posters will change each day. Please note that we do not have the capacity to keep all the posters on display during the two days of the poster sessions. Each presenter will be entitled a particular day for presenting the poster.
