IMPORTANT:
We ask you to CHECK your paper one more time if it fulfils the requirements:
1) The copyright notice is located at the bottom of the LEFT side of the first page of your abstract. The font is TIMES NEW ROMAN, size 8, normal, not bold. It should be only on the first page.
the options are:
For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 979-8-3503-7976-1/24/$31.00 ©2024 Crown
For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 979-8-3503-7976-1/24/$31.00 ©2024 European Union
For all other papers, the copyright notice is: 979-8-3503-7976-1/24/$31.00 ©2024 IEEE
2) There MUST NOT be any HYPERLINK in the article. IEEE strictly forbids it. So please remove it from the emails, and references.
3) Author names – TIMES NEW ROMAN, size 9
4) Affiliations – TIMES NEW ROMAN, italics, size 9. Your affiliations should be merged as in the attachment. Multiple affiliations are numbered and these numbers are as an upper index next to the author’s name.
5) One email to the corresponding author is enough.
6) Title – TIMES NEW ROMAN, size 24. The first letter of each noun or verb in the title of the paper must be capitalized; the others are lowercase (conjunctions, prepositions, articles).
7) The Abstract paragraph is bold, and The keywords are bold and italic.
8) If you copy-paste, do so without copying the format, otherwise it will mess up the formatting and might not be approved by PDF eXpress.
9) Remember, if you do not submit your abstract(s), it will not be published in the proceedings or online.
10) Make sure the latest version of your paper is saved in PDF eXpress. This file will be published.
11) Do not change the file name after the PDF eXpress, but upload it to our system as it is. The file name should be something like 202416XXXX. Please delete the old versions.
12) There should be one eCF per paper. Please upload the eCF to the conference system or send it to ivnc24@isibrno.cz. You do not need to complete a new eCF if you make corrections in the format we ask you to. ONLY if the title of the abstract changes. Have you not received the invitation to fill out eCF? Write to ivnc24@isibrno.cz
13 THE FINAL APPROVEMENT of your PAPER SUBMISSION – We recommend deleting all old versions of your paper from the PDF eXpress. The final paper must be APPROVED by you for SUBMISSION. Otherwise, we can’t see it and publish it. There should be a BUTTON for it. If you already did that and need to make some changes you have to upload a new title into the PDF eXpress. If the old paper cannot be removed from the PDF eXpress, write the number of the old paper, which you DO NOT WANT to publish to ivnc24@isibrno.cz and we will exclude it.

(Note, only one agreement should be sent per paper, so if a paper has 4 authors, only one agreement is required.). You will receive guidelines how to fill it in within few days after you upload the PDF of your paper to our submission system. Save the filled eCF and upload it to the conference system as well.
- NOTE: The submission system allows only one abstract per person. Please send the second abstract to ivnc24@isibrno.cz. Please include the abstract title, paper category, and presentation form (poster/oral) in the email. Once you have the eCF for the second paper, send it to the ivnc24@isibrno.cz too. Thank you!
- REMEMBER: No paper can be published in the proceedings without being accompanied by a Completed IEEE Copyright Transfer Form. You must complete and submit this form to have your paper included in the conference proceedings.

- All submitted papers will be checked for plagiarism via the IEEE CrossCheck system. This check will be carried out by the IVNC team. If a paper results with a high similarity (including self-plagiarism), the paper may not be reviewed and automatically rejected. Note that even if a paper is accepted and paid for registration, the program committee has a right to reject the paper and will not publish the paper in the proceedings. The similarity with other papers must be under 30%. For further information please see IEEE Plagiarism Information Center.
