Standard Fee* – 16450 CZK (~ 649 EUR)

Standard Fee – On Site  – 19000 CZK (~ 749 EUR)

Standard Fee applies to authors of oral presentations/posters as well as to other participants and co-authors.

Student Fee** – 12680 CZK (~ 499 EUR)

Student Fee – On Site – 15200 CZK (~ 599 EUR)

Student Fee applies to all students (daily study) with oral presentations/posters as well as to other students (daily study).

The prices in euros are approximate. The Conference Fee will be invoiced in Czech crowns. The price in euros or dollars will depend on the current exchange rate of your bank.

The prices include VAT. Conference Fee covers the whole technical programme of the conference including the tutorials, company tours, printed copy of conference proceedings as well as the catering (coffee breaks, lunches, Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner) and the conference trip.***

* The programme committee reserves the right to change the classification of the paper (lectures/posters) or to refuse it.

** The organizer reserves the right to change the prices.

*** The organizer reserves the right to change the prices, duration of the conference or change the format, etc. 

Additional Fees

Additional Fee applies to Themed Brno Tours. One tour will cost approximatelly 6 EUR/person (150 CZK). If you are interested in the Themed Brno Tours, you have to register by yourself here: Themed Brno Tours.

Please note that if you are bringing a spouse or partner to the conference activities, an additional fee will be required for that person. You add the person when you register for the conference.
