Presentation Guidelines

Oral presentations

  • Oral presentations are scheduled for the following time slots.
    Plenary talks: 45 min presentation including 5 min discussion
    Invited talks: 30 min presentation including 5 min discussion
    Contributed talks: 20 min presentation including 5 min discussion
  • You can bring your own laptop to present your papers. VGA (mini D-sub15-pin type) and HDMI terminals are available to connect to the projector.
  • Standard audiovisual equipments are available, includes a laptop computer with Microsoft Operating System, an LCD projector, a screen, pointer and a wireless lapel microphone.

Poster presentations

  • The panel for the poster presentation is 48inch wide (191cm) and 36inch high (91cm). You have control on the way you want to display the contents of your poster.
