Booking Procedure

We have reserved a set of rooms in two dorms on the University of Cincinnati campus:

The first one is the Recreation Center Residence Hall. We have a total of 88 suites in this hall which can accommodate up to 176 people. Each suite has two single bedrooms with lockable doors, with a standard shared bathroom inside the suite. The price for a single room will be $75/night. The price of a room with double occupancy will be $37.5/night. For all rooms, there will be an additional fee of $15 for renting a pillow and linen. We have reserved 50 single rooms and 40 double rooms. To register for one of these rooms, please go at the following website.

The second dorm available is Calhoun Hall. We can accommodate up to 115 people in the dorm. The floors are divided by gender. There are community bathrooms on each floor. Each rooms has two beds. The prize is $35 for single/$31 for double.

If you want to exercise during the week, you can also get a Rec center pass for $12. You can also get a parking pass for one garage on the UC campus for $25/week.

Cancellation fee applies if you cancel the booking later than 2 weeks before your arrival.

In addition to the rooms available in the dorms, we have made arrangements with the following hotels near the University of Cincinnati and reserved some blocks of “Courtesy  Rooms”. You must mentioned that you attend the IVNC-IVESC 2019 conference at the University of Cincinnati to get special rates.

(3) We have 20 rooms at the Kingsgate Marriott Conference Center at the University of Cincinnati (20 min walk to conference venue. There is also a shuttle available to the UC campus)
