General info. The neighborhood of the conference does not have a hotel “just around the corner” that we wish to declare as the “Conference hotel”. However we have a selection of negotiated hotels to propose you with convenient proximity or easy public transport. As well we intend to propose student type apartments in the same building as the conference, but the reservation procedure still needs to be worked out as the apartments are at present occupied. We realize that the conference hotel can be a privileged meeting place for conference goers so do not hesitate to inform us of your choices and we can put some numbers on the website for people reserving later.

There are several correct hotels within walking distance of the conference with which we have no negotiated prices, notably the chic Sofitel and an IBIS. There is a newly renovated hotel Meiniger, 2 min from the conference for a very reasonable price but you should realise it is just across from the train tracks.
